I typically treat my Saturday run like I would a Sunday drive - Easy pace, no goals but distance.  It usually means that the run is relaxing and that I don't feel too worked when I get done.  I don't know what happened today.  I kept the pace easy, but had a really hard time finishing.  I didn't get much sleep the night before (The kids & I slept in the backyard), and it was hotter than I was prepared for (Not enough water).  Hopefully next week will be better.

I ran the tree street and up/down the trails, up to Canyon View Park via Powerhouse Road before hitting the trails again, then out of the riverbottoms and back home.  Total time was 1:40:27 (10:03 pace).  Splits were 9:07, 9:34, 9:43, 9:32, 10:06, 10:26, 10:26, 10:17, 10:04, 11:11.
