Did intervals at the BYU indoor track today. Each interval was one long lap (~320 m), each rest period was one short lap (~225 m). My goal was to run each interval at a 7:30 pace (1:30 per long lap.) Actual interval times were: 1:28, 1:28, 1:26, 1:23, 1:24, 1:23, 1:24, 1:24. My recovery times were all around 1:35. |
