Had planned to run outside but the rain chased me in. Finished 5 easy miles on the treadmill.

Yeah, this is preparation for the WBR. I'm hoping that the mileage makes this year's running a little more enjoyable than last.
Maybe I should have run in the rain. The fitness center was so hot that I felt like I'd been running in the rain by the time I finished. :)
