Ran the South Weber Days 5k with my two boys (Justin, age 10 and Ethan, age 8).  Had a fun run, but failed to win any prizes at the end for the first time in 3 years.

Finished in 35 minutes.

7.25 miles in 67:58 (9:23 mile avg).  Ran RiverBottoms Road->Tree street->Powerhouse Road past golf course->Canyon->1700 East. 

I need to go to sleep earlier so it isn't so difficult to wake up.

Comfortable pace for an evening run.  2.4 miles in 22:38 (9:27 mile avg)

Not sure what my 5k pace is right now, so I ballparked an 8:30 average.  I did 400m intervals on the track today, targetting 2:00 per lap.  Actual times were: 1:56, 1:56, 1:54, 1:52, 1:52, 1:43.  The rest of the run was warmup, cooldown and recovery.

I'm anxious to find out my real 5k pace at the Spanish Fork 5k in September .

Ran three, 1600m intervals with 800m intervals between repeats.  Target for each interval was 8:25, actual times were 8:11, 8:18 and 8:13.  Warm up, cooldown and recovery accounted for the slow miles.

Easy run with my son after coming back from Webeloes camp.  Felt really tired, which was a result, I suppose, from lack of sleep and being out in the sun all day.

Run felt more difficult than the week before, but things always feel nice when done. :)  My Garmin wouldn't turn on after leaving it charging overnight (Hope it's not broken), so unsure about my mile times.  Overall time was a comfortable 69:31.
